Thermorex is one of the very few companies that produce bimetallic thermostats with special technical parameters, such as a wide temperature intervention range, high precision, low contact resistance and narrow hysteresis. It holds three world patents, and its pioneering in-house research and development department ensures the continuous growth and implementation of new projects.
Thermostat ТК24 (DIN EN 60730-1) is a temperature-sensitive device with cyclic operation. It is designed to maintain a temperature between two predetermined limits by automatically controlling the switching on and off of an electrical circuit. The trip temperature and reset temperature can be produced at the customer's specific request within the parameters that THERMOREX can guarantee. The tripping range is from -45°C to +425°C depending on the customer's technical requirements.
The realizations present almost infinite solutions for temperature degree, type of terminals or connectors, and for fixing systems. Configurations other than those shown in the catalog can be arranged with Thermorex.
APPLICATION: This thermostat is used in a wide range of temperature control applications on many industrial-type applications but also more common commercial-type applications close to our daily lives, such as household applications.
In addition to the variety of standard configurations, the thermostat can also be customized to the customer's specific technical needs.
